Echo Journey™ is a reflective wellbeing and journaling tool owned and operated by HSR Legacy LLC. Your reflections are personal, and this page explains how we handle them in plain language.

What you share

• Your account details (such as email and sign-in information).
• Your reflections, journal entries, and check-ins.
• Optional preferences like language or notification settings.

How we use it

• To provide the service and show you your own reflections.
• To improve safety, reliability, and the quality of reflective features.
• To help us understand, in aggregate, how reflection patterns evolve over time.

Your reflections stay private

Your journal content is private to you. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with advertisers. Founder analytics are aggregate and do not expose journal content or identify individual users by their reflections.

Who can see your data

• You, when you sign in.
• A small set of trusted infrastructure providers that help us run the service securely.
• HSR Legacy LLC staff, only when needed to operate, support, or keep the service safe.

Keeping your data safe

We use industry-standard practices to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access controls. No system is perfect, but we take this seriously.

Your choices

• You can update your profile and preferences at any time.
• You can deactivate your account from your Profile settings. This stops access and removes you from active use, while preserving necessary audit and security records.
• You can request deletion or anonymization of your personal data from your Profile settings. We will review and respond.
• You can ask us what data we hold about you.

Deactivation, deletion, and anonymization

Deactivating your account is separate from deleting your data. Deactivation stops access and new activity; it does not by itself erase personal data. You may also request that your personal data be deleted or anonymized where applicable.

Echo Journey™ may retain anonymized, aggregated, or non-identifying learning signals to improve safety and reflection quality. Identifiable private reflections are not used after deletion or anonymization, unless we are legally required to retain them or they have been transformed into non-identifying data.

Not a medical service

Echo Journey™ is not a medical product, not emergency support, and not a replacement for therapy, diagnosis, or medical care. If you are in crisis, please reach out to local emergency services or a crisis support line.
