Welcome to Echo Journey™, a reflective wellbeing and journaling tool owned and operated by HSR Legacy LLC. By using Echo Journey™, you agree to these simple terms.
What Echo Journey™ is
Echo Journey™ is a space for personal reflection and journaling. It is designed to help you notice, name, and gently explore your inner experience.
What Echo Journey™ is not
- It is not emergency support.
- It is not a replacement for therapy, diagnosis, or medical care.
- It does not provide clinical advice.
If you are in crisis or at risk, please contact local emergency services or a crisis support line immediately.
Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your sign-in information safe.
- Please use Echo Journey™ for your own personal reflection.
- Please don't use the service to harm yourself or others, or to misuse other people's data.
Your content
Your reflections belong to you. We only use them as described in our Privacy Policy — to provide the service, improve safety, and improve reflective features.
Ending your use
You can deactivate your account at any time from your Profile settings. Deactivation stops access and removes your account from active use; it does not by itself delete your data. You may separately request deletion or anonymizationof your personal data, and we will review and respond.
Echo Journey™ may retain anonymized, aggregated, or non-identifying learning signals to improve safety and reflection quality. We may also pause or end access if the service is being misused in ways that could harm others.
Changes
We may update these terms over time. When we do, we will update the date above and, for meaningful changes, let you know in the app.
