Data Processing
Last updated: June 2026
This page explains, in plain language, how HSR Legacy LLC processes data for Echo Journey™. It complements our Privacy Policy.
What we process
- Account information (such as email and sign-in details).
- Reflections and journal entries you choose to record.
- Usage signals that help us keep the service safe and improve reflective features.
Why we process it
- To provide and maintain Echo Journey™.
- To improve the quality and safety of reflective features.
- To understand, in aggregate, how reflection patterns develop over time.
Aggregate analytics
Founder analytics are aggregate. They help us understand whether the product is helping people reflect well. They do not expose the content of your journal and are not used to single anyone out.
Who helps us process data
We use trusted infrastructure providers (such as hosting, database, and authentication services) that act on our behalf and under appropriate safeguards. They process data only to help us run Echo Journey™.
Where data is stored
Data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure with industry-standard security practices, including encrypted connections and access controls.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account is active. You can request deletion at any time, and we will remove your account and associated reflections, except where we need to retain limited information to meet legal or safety obligations.
Your rights
- Access — ask what data we hold about you.
- Correction — ask us to fix information that's wrong.
- Deletion — ask us to delete your account and reflections.
- Export — ask for a copy of your reflections in a portable format, where feasible.
