For professionals
Make your practice easier to discover
A professional presence built for search engines, AI discovery and the people actively looking for the kind of support you offer — with enquiries arriving directly at your own practice.

Preparation, reflection and record-keeping are part of the work. Echo Journey is built around that quieter side of practice.
Why Echo Practice exists
Your working life should not depend on someone else’s platform
Most practitioner platforms support the work after a client arrives: clinical tools, supervision, documentation, professional development. Those things matter, but they do not address a central source of practitioner stress — not knowing where the next clients will come from, or whether income will remain consistent.
Practitioners join several platforms, complete the same profile again and again, follow rules that keep changing, and remain dependent on referrals controlled by companies they do not own. That dependence affects income, confidence, scheduling, workload decisions and how much uncertainty a nervous system has to carry.
You should not have to depend entirely on platforms that control your referrals, your visibility and your access to clients. Echo Practice helps you build a professional presence that grows over time, so you can focus on supporting your clients rather than constantly chasing the next one.

One Echo Practice subscription, not two products. Visibility and the practitioner workspace are the same system: Echo helps practitioners be found, understood and supported in their work.
More than a listing
Echo Journey is not a static directory. A practitioner profile becomes part of a wider content and discovery structure designed for quiet, durable visibility.
A profile built to be found
A structured, indexable profile page written for search engines and AI systems, not a line in a list. Your discipline, approach, specialties, languages and service regions are expressed in a form machines can read and people can trust.
Presence beyond your own website
Internal links across Echo, inclusion in relevant specialty and language pages, and professional Q&A content that carries your name into the questions people are actually asking.
Clients arrive at your practice
Echo does not sit between you and the people who contact you. Your profile links directly to your own booking system, on your own terms, with no commission and no intermediary.
How it works
Three steps to a discoverable practice
- 01
Register your practice
Create your account and open your practitioner workspace. Registration is self-service — there is no waiting list and no approval queue.

Build your professional profile
Add your biography, credentials, specialties, languages, meeting modes and the regions you serve, along with the link to your own booking system.
- 03
Become discoverable
Your profile is published into the directory and its surrounding content structure, where search engines and AI systems can find, read and reference it.

Common questions
- Who is the directory for?
- Qualified practitioners working across psychotherapy, counselling, clinical hypnotherapy, coaching and wellbeing. Echo does not restrict the directory to a single modality, but it does expect professional standing in your own jurisdiction.
- Does Echo take a commission on clients?
- No. Your profile links to your own booking system. Echo is a visibility service, not a marketplace, and takes no part in your fees or client agreements.
- Do I need to use the rest of Echo?
- No. Directory visibility stands on its own. The wider Echo reflection tools are separate and entirely optional.
