What is Echo Journey?
Echo Journey™ is a structured reflection engine designed to help people develop awareness, insight, and emotional understanding — between therapy sessions, during personal growth journeys, or simply as part of everyday life.
It is not a chatbot, not a productivity tool, and not a replacement for therapy. It is a quiet space for noticing — built with care, by a psychotherapist, and refined through practitioner and client feedback.
