Echo Institutional Version

One Echo. One entitlement engine.
Echo Journey™ is one product. An institution does not buy a different Echo — it provides a defined number of seats to the same Echo an individual would use, with the same reflective space, the same privacy, and the same account that stays with the person.
This page is informational. Institutional licensing is in design and is not yet available to purchase or activate.
Where Echo sits
Echo is a reflective wellbeing and journaling layer that sits alongside your existing EAP, counselling network, clinical pathways, crisis lines and critical-incident response. It is not a replacement for any of them, it is not emergency support, and it does not provide clinical advice.
Most support services are there for the moment something goes wrong. Echo is for the quiet, ordinary weeks in between — the noticing that happens before a crisis, and the settling that happens after one.
How institutional access would work
- An organisation licenses a defined number of seats for a fixed contract period — for example, up to 250 people, or up to 1,000.
- Capacity is fixed, not metered. There is no per-person usage billing and no surprise overage.
- People join their organisation's licence using an organisation code, which associates a seat with a person — nothing more.
- Access comes either from a person's own subscription or from an active institutional seat. It is one entitlement system, not two.
What happens when a licence ends
Institutional access ends. The person's Echo account does not. Their journal, reflections and history remain theirs and they continue on the standard free tier. Commercial access and personal data are separate by design — no organisation's contract decision can delete a person's reflections.
What an organisation can and cannot see
An organisation can see whether the service is reaching people: contracted seats, claimed and available seats, activation, and aggregate engagement and adoption.
An organisation can never see reflections, journal entries, free text, an individual's activity, or anything that changes observably when one identified person's behaviour changes. Reporting is designed to suppress any cohort too small to be reported without risking re-identification.
This is an architectural boundary rather than a policy promise: the intended design has no route from an organisation role to individual reflective content.

Institutional licensing is not yet open. If you are an insurer, employer or health organisation and would like to talk about it as it is designed, reach us through the support channels in the app.
A gentle reminder
Echo Journey™ is a reflective wellbeing and journaling tool. It is not emergency support and is not a replacement for therapy, diagnosis, or medical care. If you are in crisis or at risk, please contact local emergency services or a crisis line right away.
