About this practice
Hi! I'm Kayleigh, an artist, art teacher and ADHD Life Coach, and I work with creative, neurodivergent people from all walks of life. I believe that we all have a deep need for creativity, whatever form that takes.
I help many creatives release creative blockages and get those long-standing projects finished, but I also work with people who believe they aren't creative or simply haven't found their particular creative form yet. Nurturing that creative energy can help us develop greater self-awareness, support personal growth and facilitate healing.
Combining therapeutic creativity with an advanced understanding of ADHD and the coaching process, I can help you discover your purpose, strengths and values, understand your neurodivergent brain and learn how to work with it. My aim is to empower you to reach your goals and create a successful, fulfilling life.
How I Work
How I work
My coaching is client-led, collaborative and completely judgement-free. You bring whatever you’d like to work on, and I use curious, open questions to help you explore your thoughts, uncover patterns and find your own answers. I see you as the expert on yourself — I’m your thought and conversation partner, offering a mirror, perspective and a wealth of knowledge about the ADHD brain.
Where useful, I’ll introduce practical tools and strategies for you to try between sessions, and we can reflect on what worked (or didn’t) together. For those who benefit from more practical support, I also offer body doubling and hands-on sessions. As an artist, I can also bring in creative and art-based exercises for anyone who would like to explore things that way.
There’s no pressure, judgement or one-size-fits-all approach — we work at your pace, in a way that feels right for you.

Who can connect with a practitioner?
Echo supports both independent users and practitioner-supported journeys.
A practitioner connection is available only through an invitation from a practitioner using Echo's professional workspace. This ensures every connection represents a genuine therapeutic relationship and that shared journals, reflections, and between-session support remain secure, intentional, and private.
If you have not received an invitation, you can continue using Echo independently with full access to your personal journals, reflections, and wellbeing tools.
