About this practice
I am a qualified coach, counsellor and NLP practitioner, as well as training to diploma level in psychology. I call my approach Therapeutic Coaching and blend all of my experience and education to help people to become the best version of themselves. Being the best version of you means that you can live a life, not free of problems, but one where you can manage those problems in the most positive way possible and find solutions to help you to move forward. Sometimes when we try to set goals, embark on new things or try to maintain what we already have in our lives, we can be our own worst enemy. Not understanding your own thoughts, emotions and behaviours can lead to repeated patterns that lead you to the same outcomes over and over. I am here to help you to get to a place where you never need to do that again.

How to read this listing
Practitioners listed on Echo Journey are independent professionals. Before publication, practitioners submit professional details and supporting credential or licence documentation for review. Please review their profile, credentials and approach directly to decide whether they are the right fit for you.

This is an independent practitioner's professional profile, not a crisis or emergency service. If you are experiencing thoughts of suicide or self-harm, or you are in crisis, please contact emergency services or a crisis support line in your own country right away.

Who can connect with a practitioner?
Echo supports both independent users and practitioner-supported journeys.
A practitioner connection is available only through an invitation from a practitioner using Echo's professional workspace. This ensures every connection represents a genuine therapeutic relationship and that shared journals, reflections, and between-session support remain secure, intentional, and private.
If you have not received an invitation, you can continue using Echo independently with full access to your personal journals, reflections, and wellbeing tools.
