The Labyrinth
An existential companion journal — four realms, twelve gates.
This is a practitioner-guided journey — it becomes available inside Echo Journey once your practitioner recommends it. There is no self-service start, because the work it opens is meant to be held alongside someone.
What this journal is
A slow, symbolic companion for questions of meaning, identity, mortality and return, drawing on depth-psychological and logotherapeutic traditions. It moves at the pace of the person walking it, and is used only alongside the practitioner who referred you.
Who it is for
People in existential, depth-oriented or transitional work with a practitioner — asking what their life is for, who they are becoming, what a loss or a change has made of them.
It is not a crisis tool, not a diagnostic instrument, and not a replacement for grief or existential therapy.
How it is paced
Twelve gates across four realms. Nothing is timed. Circling back to the same question across weeks is part of how this kind of work moves.
If you are not working with a practitioner yet
Two self-start journals cover related ground on your own: The Living World and Conscious Living. The self-worth and identity pillar is a good starting point, and the practitioner directory lists independent practitioners who work in this area.
Echo Journey is a reflective companion. It is not therapy, not treatment, and not a crisis service. If you are in crisis, please contact your local emergency services.
